2. Mind The Surroundings:

Always pay huge attention to the background and surroundings. Remember that a background can break or make your perfect motion blur shot.

3. Know Which Type You Wanna Capture:

There are two different types of motion blur. One is when you keep the subject in focus and the background is motion blurred and other is when your subject is blurred. For the first type, you have to trace the camera with the moving subject and in the second type, you just have to keep the camera still while the moving subject comes in the frame.

4. Use Shutter Priority Mode:

Its all about the shutter speed when you are capturing motion blur photos. For tracing the moving subject and keeping the background blur, Keep the shutter speed 1/180th of a second and start slowing it down according to the speed of your subject.Stop where you think you are getting a sharp focused shot.

5. Track Your Moving Subject:

Before pressing the shutter, track the moving subject and once it gets in front of you, press the shutter and don’t stop tracing it until the complete photo is taken. This will help you to capture sharp subjects.

6. Keep ISO Small:

Since the Shutter speed is slow, if you keep the ISO larger it will give you overexposed and grainy images. So keep the ISO in between 100 to 400 for a beautiful motion blur shot.
