We all are well aware of the daily routine of running our hands through the wardrobe and then trying to search for a good outfit. And hell breaks loose when we have to prepare for that friend’s birthday party or a casual brunch with our girlfriends. At those times we feel the desperate urge for shopping and buy the best for the day. But alas, most of the times that doesn’t happen and we have to make out the best from the outfits we have already. Our style is dependent on a number of factors that we have to keep in mind. The first most important factor is the season- our clothes vary from summers to autumn and to winter. Our most loved shorts and dresses take a backseat during winters and are overpowered by long jackets and heavy boots (until and unless you stay near the beach!). Probably the most confusing season is the autumn and spring when you think it is not very cold or it’s too warm to forget your warm clothes at home. Or of you pack yourself in your warm outfits; you end up feeling uncomfortable as the temperature rises during the day. The second most important factor to keep in mind while choosing or dressing up is the occasion. For your office-wear you tend to choose structured trousers and blazers and for a dinner date or party, you tend to jump in for a dress or bold coloured outfits.
Today we are going to share our tips to mix and match with the best pieces from your wardrobe and create an entirely new casual girl outfits, without being hard on your pocket and keeping in mind all the different weather!
For the summers
Summers are the time when you can play with colours, prints and patterns. You can indulge in various different from breathable cottons to sometimes synthetic fabrics. The colours can range from floral numbers like pinks, corals and purple to fresh colours like turquoise, green and lime.
Keep away from heavy make-up and lots of jewellery. You can wear some dainty neckpieces or light bracelets and don’t forget your sunnies!
For the autumns/ spring-
Let us be prepared for the most predictable time of the year. The trick to handle this weather type is layering. Keep your summer clothes but keep adding layers over them. A light shrug or a soft jacket can help you beat the early morning chills away. You can also invest in a good scarf to add some fun to your look and also keep away the cool air.
Winters doesn’t only mean thick coats and heavy boots. Along with these you can wear your favourite bright coloured shorts with warm leggings. You can indulge in coats and blazers in pop colours to get away from the gloomy winters. Look classy in high boots, structured blazer in a bright colour along with skinny jeans and nude make-up with bright lips!
